I feel like someone needs to mention what the streets are saying. So I present the information to you with names redacted as a "blind item." A couple, Let’s call the Jack and Diane, were recently involved in a custody battle. They asked for anD received a new judge to take over the case claiming the first judge was biased toward CPS. A new female judge was given the case. Jack and Diane live in a modular home. The modular home was allegedly not properly seated on the pad, or the pad was not thick enough or some such. This cause the modular home to flood. This made Jack and Diane very angry. They took to social media to complain about the modular home company. Then the suddenly backed off the modular home company. Conflict of Interest? Sources have revealed that the new Judge, Let’s call her Carla, is married to the Director of the [State’s] Manufactured and Modular Homes Association. Also, One of the board members is the owner of the modular home company that Jack and Diane used to purchase their modular home. The association takes an active role in state and local governments. They work with planning commissioners and regulatory agencies. Also, they serve as a one stop shop for consumers that use their member companies. Everything from finance, insurance, engineers, inspection consultant. Also, they offer assistance getting any permits needed. Finally, they offer PR and media exposure. Shortly after the new judge came on the case, the case was dismissed despite a lot of damning evidence. This left many people wondering what the heck was going on. Also, Jack and Diane’s attorney allegedly shares the same last name as the judge. Again, Tamara Tattles has no confirmation of this information. But something in the buttermilk is not clean.
An UPDATE TO THIS BLIND ITEM From a commenter: LOVE me some Tamara, and am happy this is one blind I can actually add information to being from the area. A judge in the court system DOES have a husband who is the Executive Director of the modular home company….however, this was NOT Jack and Diane’s judge. The judge referenced does mostly Superior Court cases, they were dealing with a judge in the family court (though they do rotate- it’s a small court system so sorry if this is already getting confusing!). Yes, that judge-with-the-husband is also related to a lawyer (she is his niece), but that lawyer was not the lawyer for their custody case and legally cannot be assigned to her courtroom due to the laws/relation. The confusion came in because the lawyer DOES represent Jack in an ongoing criminal matter, but his lawyer for the custody case is a separate, court-appointed attorney (a female). BUT there are some questions about Jack and Diane’s actual judge. Diane has been in front of her multiple times in the past for other cases in years past, and this judge dismissed most of her charges and let her go super easy, so they definitely have a past so to speak. There are news articles still online from our local papers when Diane was arrested about the outcome of her cases and the judge’s ruling. But back to this case….. CPS is appealing. That is very rare, especially in NC where funding is low and they only appeal in 2.3% of all cases. That means CPS believes this is a very serious case and the dismissal was the wrong call. This is the holy grail. This is what is on the horizon for some actors/producers and directors that will ruin them for all time. Until two weeks ago, I would have thought the chances for anything leaking from this was zero. People kept their mouths shut before even when the feds were questioning lots of people. Telling the truth gets you jail for a long time and no career or friends when you get out. Can you imagine a place where Hollywood types and rich executives from around the world can gather in one place and have sex with underage boys and girls without any interference from any governments or parents? Yeah, well there was such a place. There probably is a replacement somewhere. The problem is in finding it. When people are flying in from different corners of the globe, it can be tough. When your only choice before was to fly in a private plane to a private island, people knew where it was. I think there is some shady stuff going down in Joe Francis Land, but nothing like the hundreds of teen boys and girls that were raped and abused and forced to be with men for weeks and months on end. He also told the feds he never saw anything happen with anyone and that he usually was alone when there. He is by far facing the most time in jail if caught so would first flip our second a-hole. A few years ago it looked like this A list director was going down. He never even was interviewed by the feds that I can find. Apparently he always went to the island via a boat just because he is smarter than most and didn't want any record. No record means the feds didn't even know he was a guest on the island. Our director would come for 24-48 hours of nonstop sex. Apparently he would take enough drugs to stay awake the entire time. The host flew in guys the director always wanted but was afraid to go near in Hollywood. In Hollywood, he would never go below 16 or 17. On the island, he would go way lower. One person I think would actually kill himself rather than face any kind of public scrutiny is this permanent A list director. He too was interviewed by the feds but said it was all relaxation. Funny how the relaxation never included his wife. It was just him and a bunch of tween girls he made call him grandpa. However, his prices were reasonable, and he would even eat the sitting fees for parents who didn’t have the means. MR recouped the costs by secretly selling the photos to a devoted audience of perverts. Even more lucrative were his workshops where select customers were invited to predatory week-long summer camps under the guise of "amateur photography workshops." Photographers from across the globe would fly to MR’s workshops to partake in group and one-on-one photo sessions with his roster of underage models. In many cases, students of MR would fly back to their communities and establish businesses similar to MR’s, under the guise of a sports photography or model agency business. One student was FH, a respected, suburban professional from a Great Lakes state. He was a frequent attendee and emulated MR’s model to a t, establishing a successful sports photography and portraits business in his midwest suburb. We offer a little backstory on East 71st Street, lot is now known, but some has slipped right on by. When our little club was younger living full time in NY, a member worked for the Retail King in the late 80’s early 90’s. RK’s empire was coming into its heyday. He had impressive flagships and decent product back then. When RK purchased on 71st Street, he had a huge apartment in a condo building, with CP views. Club Member mentioned that the condo had like 13 bathrooms; the blueprints had come across their desk one day. Also RK had a big project starting on 71st Street. It was going to take a couple of years. Another topic of interest was RK’s supposed close friendship with a Hollywood movie star. An actor that had great success in the 60’s and 70’s. The actor worked heavily in the 80’s, had a major role in a much-watched TV miniseries (everyone’s mother was in love with him). He has always "worked", and still does to this day. Back then it seemed like the actor lived at RK’s when he was in NYC, which was a lot. So much so, that Page Six was starting to hint about his presence. There were a couple of blind items too. While the actor is out of the closet now, he was not then. At the same time another member of our little club had a very well-fixed grandmother. She had an incredible apartment, in one of the co-ops you can’t buy your way into. After the member’s parents moved to the country, they moved in with the grandmother. We all wanted to move in and in some respect we did. Club member’s grandmother always had incredible gossip, food, cocktails and friends. She and her crowd loved having the "younger set" around, as she referred to us. The club called the grandmother Vera, because she reminded everyone of Vera Charles in "Auntie Mame". Over the years we learned far more about what was really going on in NYC at Vera’s, than the papers ever printed. Not long after we settled into Vera’s social circle, the renovations on 71st street started and so did the fighting. Lots of demands, about not wanting public disclosure of details. Major disagreements with the planning commission and code officials. There were digging request (like the ones you hear about going on in London today). It was a constant uproar. The technology RK was putting in had never been seen before. It was causing serious issues with the neighbors, the city, historical committees and Con Ed. Lots of legal going back and forth. Every now and then, tidbits would make the papers but a lot the club got to hear at Vera’s, did not. Overlapping with RK’s renovation on 71st, were two other major renovations across the street. They were at different stages of completion. These neighbors were spending at the same level as RK and were more high profile, they just did not have as much square footage. We will come back to them later. One day two of the club members were on their way to Vera’s and decided to go down 71st street to check on the progress. It was in full swing. About the time they are in front admiring the place, this nice-looking guy in his 30’s, comes out. He had plans rolled up under his arm and before the Club Members knew it, he strikes up a conversation, starts talking about the home and its history. That is when it came out that #9 was going to be the main residence, but #11 next door, was being redone for guest and staff. He then turned to the CMs and said; Would you like a tour? The place was about 70% done but there was no question, it was going to be incredible. #11 was just as beautiful as #9. The homes were not being combined but completed as two separate residences. Not long after, Retail King announced he was getting married. It was an unexpected turn of events. The club’s theory was shredded. We had wagered that 71st Street was going to be for RK’s mother and sister. We had to shift our hypothesis to 71st Street being part of RK’s "family" plan, and he would keep the condo for his other life. No one ever saw #9 and #11 come out of RK’s portfolio. The youngest daughter married and divorced the son of a famous socialite/ clothing designer. The clothing designer’s second husband is a billionaire himself. There have been horrible whispers about Billionaire Second Husband for decades. The talk gives Creature a run for his money, in the evil department. The Drama School - A Reader Blind Item: This is a story I’ve been meaning to write for a while. I tried once before, but then there were things that turned up in the news, filling in gaps and changing how I looked at the situation. It is entirely possible that more information might come out and change the narrative again, but with the kinds of stories in the news right now it’s a risk worth taking. Years ago when I was an undergraduate, long before the internet era, I had a passion for theater. I signed up to crew on a musical, and met this guy. He was good looking, somewhat quiet, and part of the chorus; singing and dancing. After a momentary encounter, he hooked up with someone else and I ended up switching schools. We stayed in touch, and ended up spending some time together for a bit. Then we moved in different directions and have not crossed paths since. One of the key things was how taciturn he was, only occasionally dropping a personal detail, and never once confirming anything that I had heard about him regarding his sexuality, background, or even any movies he might have made. We had an argument about full disclosure because it was a time when there was no effective treatment for the dread disease, and his only assertion was that he had been careful. As we came into the age of freely available internet connectivity, I could get an occasional glimpse at what he might be doing; but then it was as if he disappeared. It took me years to figure out that he used aliases, and that brought me to the report of a drama school that he had run, and the accusation of being overly familiar with some of the students. At that time there were texts messages and images on the cell phones; things of a more prurient nature. Googling brought up the report in the local paper of how the drama school had been run, and reactions from the parents along the lines of: "But he seemed like such a nice guy." Without tracking down the court case and its disposition, my best guess is that he would have worked out a plea bargain. After all, he has been a photographer as long as I have known him, one with a particular aesthetic: young, rather pubescent-appearing appearing females in all sorts of situations. The sheer volume that he would have accumulated after 20+ years would probably have moved things in one direction. I look back and realize we were young. It would not have been unusual for a 18 year old to have liked the way a 15 year girl looked, or even to like that look in girls one’s own age. However, in a 40 year old man, it’s disturbing and creepy. I couldn’t figure out where someone could have gotten the idea to form a school and be so predatory. Perhaps it was something in his childhood, a drama that was being replayed, possible parental neglect? There had been hints from others of a sad past, but we know of so many who turn out just fine, even with abuse. Then two years ago, one actor spoke out about the drama school run by the actor/designer and how this older man had made it his hunting ground. Others spoke up both with additional details in support of each other. Sadly after years of struggling with the aftermath, one had committed suicide a few years before. Up until then, there had been no consequences for the older man. He continued to direct, produce, and design theme park attractions. As these and other abuse allegations became public, the older man went on the run overseas, seemingly escaping any legal actions that might be take again him in the United States. It took me a while to realize that the guy I once knew fit the pattern of the older man, from the acts described, to the grooming of children by starting a children’s drama school. It was even in the same town as the former school run by the older man. I have not been able to confirm that connection, but the town is so small that the schools and theaters are all linked in a small artistic community. So what does someone who has been charged with child pornography do for an encore? Well, that alias is still very active as a photographer. Facebook and Model Mayhem have active profiles. There are hints that there are ties overseas (London, Paris, Dubai) to clients who appreciate that aesthetic. There is also a clue that there is still yet another alias being used for membership in the acting guilds, but it’s not one that is in public records, linked to him directly. As a final note, this is still a developing story. I know that at the time we knew each other he had been doing some movie work, but we never crossed paths once I got to LA. By putting this out there, someone may recognize something and be able to fill in details, or know that they were not alone as a victim. Super sleuthing alone, using the internet, has only brought the story this far. Current global clients are hidden behind protected paywalls, passwords, and aliases. As more information linking all of this together comes out, the story will be amended. Groomed: A lot of attention has been focused on this country in recent years. Some strange happenstance. The missing airliner. The massive amount of embezzled money that has seemingly touched a dozen A listers as they wined and dined with the embezzlers, and in the case of the spouse of B list reality star/celebrity/designer, probably jail bound because of it. There has also been something in the news as of late, but only in the tabloids about a failed marriage. This involved various instructors who wanted to make sure she would be perfect on her wedding night. Apparently this has gone from that to celebrities taking their turn with these young girls. In fact, a top 5 Indian box office actor has been one visitor and also this Chinese A++ list movie actor in his country and a Korean soap star who is also A list in his country.
