An anonymously filed lawsuit involving a much-talked-about disease has surfaced in federal court in Detroit, where an unnamed woman is suing an unnamed celebrity from California for allegedly giving her genital herpes while having sex with her multiple times in Royal Oak last summer. Why the secrecy? "This complaint is brought anonymously due to the social stigma attached to the damages as well as the celebrity of the defendant," according to the lawsuit, which seeks at least $75,000 in damages. The lawsuit does not say whether the celebrity is an actor, musician, athlete or politician — only that he is a citizen of California, and that he had a residence of some sort in Royal Oak in July. The plaintiff, who is a Michigan resident but currently is in New York, claims the unnamed celebrity has permanently scarred her physically, emotionally and psychologically by failing to warn her that he was infected with genital herpes, and "by failing to altogether avoid sexual contact" with her. Her lawsuit also alleges that the defendant "knew or should have known" that he was infected with Herpes Simplex Virus 2. According to the lawsuit, the plaintiff had repeated sexual encounters with the defendant in July, primarily at his residence in Royal Oak, and "did not and has not had any sexual relations with anyone other than" him since then. The lawsuit is claiming: The infection is permanent and irreversible, forcing the woman to take medication for the disease for her entire life. She will never be able to have a child through normal vaginal delivery because if she has an outbreak the child can contract the disease during pregnancy. She fears she may never get married or have a long-term relationship because of the stigma of the disease. "She will be forever branded with the social stigma of this disease," the lawsuit states, adding she will have repeated outbreaks throughout her lifetime. "Let me preface this post, by saying that if this story ever comes out, it would blow the music world up and shake it to its core. This would put the Milli Vanilli scandal and Ashlee Simpson SNL situation so far down the ladder it would be crazy. Towards the end of last year I had a woman come into my office and she began to explain what she had done and had been doing for several years and it was one of the very few times that I just could not believe what I was hearing. I know the music industry inside and out, and I had never heard of something so extensive and pervasive as this. This woman (S) came into my office because the payments she had been receiving had stopped and she wanted to either get the money that was owed to her, or expose what she had been doing to the light of day. S is a sessions/studio/backup singer and is very good. Prior to her involvement in what I am going to describe, she made a very good living singing on commercials and being a backup singer for groups and other solo acts, etc. Like I said she is very good, but she does not really have that "look" which would make her a star, so record companies did not put her out front, but just used her talents. In late 2000, a man came to her one day and said he needed someone to record some demos because he had written a lot of songs, but wanted a demo to shop the songs to singers and record labels. This is not unusual at all and she had done this type of work before and it paid pretty well so she agreed. What was unusual about her recording of the demos was how much work was put into the actual recordings. It was extensive. Generally there is not much time put into the recordings because you never really know if the song will even sell, and the money spent on recording could be put to better uses. These demos she was recording were actually being treated as if they were going to be released on a CD or to radio. They even did some mixing which was REALLY unusual. After a few weeks she had recorded about over a dozen songs and she went on her way and was really oblivious to anything else pertaining to it, UNTIL several months later she was in her car and heard her voice coming from the radio, only it was another singer being given credit. (We will call this other singer MV for Milli Vanilli) She could not believe what she was hearing and did not know whether to be excited to hear herself on the radio, confused about the credit given to another singer or just ****** off for the same reasons. What she did do, was to call the man who had originally come to her and had her record the songs. The man agreed to meet her and gave her a substantial sum of money and promised to keep giving her money every month as long as she kept her mouth shut. MV was taking off. (MV has/had several Top 40 songs and CD’s. They could have gone to #1 or languished in the 30’s. I really cannot go into much more detail or else it would be too easy to discover.) MV was everywhere...on television, radio, awards shows, commercials, EVERYWHERE ..meanwhile, S continued to get money every month and kept her little secret to herself. The guy who picked S was VERY lucky. Most singers would have caused a fuss, but S has always been in the background and was resigned to the fact she always would be, and was very happy just taking the $$, and did not want that to stop. About 9 months go by and S is called by the guy because MV is going on tour and they want S to record some extra mixes and such for the tour. She agrees and does not really do much, but money is money. Fast forward another year or so and S stops receiving money and after a few months of missed payments, calls the guy who explains that they need S to do another CD and then the payments can continue, but there is no more money unless she does more recordings. S agrees and records another CD worth of songs which is released several months later and does even better than the first CD. This same process is repeated (I am not going to tell you the number of CD’s because again you may be able to deduce and so I will just say the process repeated itself several times.) Well everything goes well for the most part for all these years and then no more payments, and no more calls and she cannot even locate our mystery man. S has not received a payment in six months when she came into my office and related this story. She did not even know the guy’s name, but when she described him, I knew who he was and was even more floored than I had been previously. This was just something I had really not heard before. I had heard of really altering voices in the recording studios and bringing in hired hands for one song or a large portion of a song, but never CD after CD and even doing extra work so a live performance would not sound staged. I told her I needed some time to check into her story and then we could proceed. It took two calls before I got the guy on the phone and he was ******, scared, angry, threatening, remorseful everything. It turns out the reason he had stopped making payments was he had been playing some shell games with the money between the record company, MV’s earnings and MV’s investments and just did not have any additional money. In addition, MV was not sure she wanted to continue on with what had been happening and so our mystery guy might be completely out of the picture. I actually think the record company to this day has no idea what went on as the Guy was very good at what he does/did and knew how to make sure the record company was always happy. He stayed under budget, toured, made MV available, and made the record company money. So a meeting was arranged in my office and S and MV finally met face to face. They had never done so, even though it was S who made MV a star. MV was rude to say the least when she saw what S looked like and it really upset me although S being her normal classy self could have cared less. What we agreed to do that day was to provide S with one lump sum rather than a monthly income which was easier for Guy to pull off and S also agreed to never disclose her role in this drama and MV was on her own for future recordings and tours. This involved literally millions of CD’s and hundreds of concerts all over the world. The one thing I did get out of this beside my fee of course is a Gold Record autographed by S and by MV. I know it is the only one in the world"

Among the Sony/Wikileaks documents, which mostly pertain to legal and financial matters, is a shocking secret document that proves Sony execs are seriously concerned with preventing the spread of herpes on set! In order to be insured for a film shoot, numerous actors working on Sony projects have been required to fill out the "Cold Sore Questionnaire," Radar has learned. According to the documents, they must "describe cold sore locations," confess when the sore(s) first appeared, admit how long their cold sores usually last, disclose any potential triggers, and reveal any medications that they are taking to treat the sores, commonly known as Herpes Simplex 1. They must sign and date the form, attesting to its validity. But according to email chains related to several different films, actors sometimes skip questions about cold sores altogether, since admitting to the secret can unleash a flurry of concerned emails from Sony execs. While prepping to film the recent release Aloha, for example, the studio learned that one of the actors — whom Radar has chosen not to identify — was taking medication for sores. "[Redacted] has restrictions …" an insurance agent told the studio about the actor, who was not one of the leads. "The cold sore questionnaire says he uses Abbreva (which is not a prescription medication). In a time of tabloids, but not internet, and certainly not social media, the royal family was being knocked around by all kinds of cheating between Prince Charles and Camilla while Diana was hooking up with James Hewitt. In 1992, Charles needed to not be seen with Camilla. There just had been audio recordings released between the couple and things needed to cool down. This does not mean that Charles was cooling down on women though. Never as front and center as his brother Andrew was about women of the hour, Charles still liked them and was referred to someone who was considered very unique. She is an actress now. Foreign born. Always very mysterious about her past in interviews, this time in her life is even more murky. She was working as an actress. Barely. She had some tiny roles and in this time period had just landed what would be her biggest role to that point. Although she was on television, the role paid almost no money. So, she socialized with some men who enjoyed her company and were willing to pay for it. At the time what she charged was not a tiny amount. It was large even by today’s standards. Every person said she was worth it though. Charles had heard of her and even watched an episode of her show and it was arranged they would meet at a cocktail party. Just two people introducing themselves to each other. Charles needed discretion and our actress wanted the access and the money and something steady. The pair hit it off. For almost two years, the couple saw each other once a week. Apparently Charles paid her the sum of $10,000 a week which was about 10 times what she was making acting. Of course he’s smug, and he talks a lot of trash. Also, he steps out on his wife. Let’s back up though. Because his first marriage ended ugly too. Two years later he proposed to his second wife, who has many celebrity friends in her own right, and it was a big hipster wedding with designer flourishes and they were happy, teasing each other in magazines. The guy, is about a quarter the age of our celebrity. He says he met the guy through a dating site. Most people believe he was found either through an escort site or a hookup site. In any event, our celebrity fell in love. Lust. Hard. The next thing you know, the boyfriend moved in and was spending vast sums of the celebrity’s money. Vast sums. Sometimes a hundred grand in a month. The celebrity bought him multiple cars and a condo. The condo was for when the boyfriend needed to "work." What it really was though was a place the guy would go with hookups he met at various bars. The boyfriend started staying less and less at the home of the celebrity because of "work," but still managed to use the credit cards the celebrity got for him to pay for every expense imaginable. When the celebrity started questioning the $5000 nights out in clubs, the boyfriend said he was just entertaining clients. Our celebrity was so in love with this guy that he just accepted the stories and cut a lot of people from his life who were trying to paint the real picture. Then one day, the boyfriend told the celebrity that he was moving out. Oh, and that he wanted $2M or he would sell his stories about the celebrity to the media. Surprisingly enough, the celebrity paid the money. I think he was hoping it would keep the boyfriend. Nope. Since the day the boyfriend walked out, our celebrity has just been counting down the days until he dies. He has no life in him any longer. He never leaves the house and only rarely gets out of bed. She was shocked at how little was done for the homeless and underprivileged in the community. She thought, because it was a fairly small town, especially compared to LA and NYC that there would be more money and items available. Nope. On her own and through a foundation she has established, she has basically funded the budget for two organizations for a year who serve the homeless and poor.

We have a warning for everyone in the television industry: Watch your backs, because someone may be looking to sabotage your TV show! A couple of years ago, there were three people who worked at the same network: Showrunner 1 (SR1), Showrunner 2 (SR2) and a high-ranking Network Executive (NE). SR1’s show had a cast of several young female leads. The show was doing fine as far as ratings were concerned, and the cast and crew were confident that the show was going to be renewed for the following season. In the middle of taping one day, SR1 received a call from NE. NE said that they had a serious problem. I turns out that SR2 had complained to the network about SR1’s show. SR1 was surprised, because SR2 had absolutely no relationship to SR1’s show or its cast or crew. So, what was SR2’s complaint? SR1’s show was "too white." SR2 wanted the network to force SR1 to recast some of the leads with black actresses. SR1 was SHOCKED! How dare SR2 try to interfere in a show that had nothing to do with them! "Right in front of the cast and crew, SR1 got into a shouting match with NE. "This is MY fucking show and I am going to write MY show and cast MY show MY way! I don’t give a fuck what [SR2] thinks or what [SR2] wants!" There’s one additional fact that makes this story interesting. All three of the people in our story are very experienced and very respected in the industry. And all three are women. So, why – on a network with lots of shows and very few female showrunners – would SR2 target SR1? SR1 was yelling, "That hack can go fuck herself! She wants to be the only fucking female writer. That’s why she is trying to sabotage another show with a female writer. While we are actually busy actually putting together a coherent episode with interesting characters and good dialogue, all [SR2] has to do on her show is tell her team of writers to include fucking sex or fucking alcohol in every episode, and damn the dialogue! If she is so fucking jealous of my writing skills, maybe she should stop stuffing her fucking face and actually sit down and write! [SR2] can’t force me to do anything. I will not changing a fucking thing!" And why would a top network executive even insert herself into this mess? She told NE, "Frankly, I’m surprised that you are letting her manipulate you like this. Is she pulling the fucking race card on you and the network?" Yes. SR1’s show was cancelled. SR2 now has multiple shows on the same network. He also does some hosting. He started out young and is an a-hole. Now that we have that out of the way, the agent told me it all started when the actor got booked for a movie out of LA. Our actor hit up some phone dating service for men who wanted to hook up with other men. This was a few years ago so no Grindr at that point. Our actor, made some arrangements and told the other guy he would swing by his place in a brown car (because that was the color of the rental) and the other guy should just come outside when he saw the car. Our actor didn’t want to be spotted getting out. Our actor is so deep in the closet that he has barricaded himself inside. So, fast forward a little bit. Our actor gets someone to hire him again. Out of town. He wants a brown car. The agent passes this request to the producer to make sure it is in the contract. Boom. No problem, the producer finds a brown rental car and everything is good. Since that time, the agent and the producer of whatever movie make sure there is a brown rental car. They start looking everywhere and have had them shipped in. All of this for a guy who is not even that great of an actor but has a decent name who likes to hook up with strange men in a strange city while rolling in a brown car.

While she was deciding her next move, she took some meetings. Apparently at each one of these meetings, producers or managers or whatever would try and sleep with her. This is not what she signed up for. There was going to be no casting couch for her. She didn’t need the industry or the limelight or to be famous. If it happened, then that was great, but no way was she going to do the casting couch thing. So, she waited and waited. She landed a pretty decent guest starring role on a very hit network show. She didn’t have to sleep with anyone to get the spot, but while she was on the show, the A list tool star of the show who still has an almost A list career tried to sleep with her. He hit on her right after he kissed his supposed girlfriend goodbye after having sex with her in his trailer. That was pretty much the last straw for her. However, that didn’t happen for the sequel to another blockbuster film that will be out next year. While many of the original cast are back, the star of the original film is not! What happened? The first is that the Actor was demanding a HUGE cut of the back end. The number was so high that it would have seriously cut into the profitability of the film. It has barely been a month and this actress is in her second blind item. This is not a good sign. The fact that things are leaking about her this early into her career means there will probably be some headline worthy disasters coming from her. Shame really, because most of the time she seems really nice. Sure, if you compare her to an actress from the same country she hates it and will tell you not to bring it up again. Ever. Smile on her face but the eyes show she means it. The nature of her current movie means she probably won’t get above B list for a while. She showed some flashes of temper on set but everyone assumed it was the tension and the role that brought it out and no one really made a big deal of it. Some screaming and yelling and throwing of things, but it was all about her "character." Fast forward to some of the first press interviews she did for the movie. They did not go well. Never really having done that sort of thing, she took things a little too personally and made some comments to reporters and others that were a little too sarcastic and biting. Right at the edge. Behind the scenes of the past month, she has been a nightmare. Screaming at the first sign of something not up to her standards which seem to change by the minute, to literally throwing away into a trash chute in her hotel a designer dress she didn’t like because the designer didn’t fly halfway around the world to present it to her in person. She wore an off the rack dress a studio PR person found with about 45 minutes to spare before the car took her to a premiere. The studio PR people have been cycling through all the cast in the movie but no one wants to have their turn with her. Things need to change quickly if she wants to work outside this franchise.
